This is a co-ed 5 week, instructional volleyball program. The program includes 10 training sessions and one night to be recognized at a Varsity match. Players will be introduced to the fundamental skills of volleyball, including passing, setting, hitting, serving, blocking, individual and team serve receive, individual and team defense, and team offense. Our focus will be to help interested players develop these skills in a fun, positive atmosphere.

An additional goal is to prepare those who are interested to be able to play in the AAU Club season beginning in Winter 2024 or Spring 2025.

Fee is $75 per player and includes a t-shirt. 

Dates: Sundays from 4-6pm and Tuesdays from 6-7:30pm starting Sunday, September 7th and running for 5 weeks through October 7th.
